My pancreas sent me down an unexpected journey. I had an emergency procedure and the nervous uncertainty was wiped away by Dr. Gohel and his team. Aftercare with Kacey Lohmann has been exceptional. Kacey is so kind and her ability to explain things in layman's terms is so appreciated. Thank you!!!
Gilbert location Worse place I have ever encountered. When there solution does not work they quit returning your phone calls especially when your in the ER for the exact same thing you went to see him for. Still waiting for my call back from July 10th 2025 Yep got my return phone call just like you said lasted about 1/2 a second. Just long enough for it to register as a missed call before you hung up. Is that what you call taking care of your patients.
Friendly place, nice office. The nurse practitioner I’ve worked with, Kacey Lohmann, is very sharp.
they need to do better have more empAthy for their patients. Celeste which says she's the office manager is the worst doesn't care has no respect for patients. Her response to my need of care was we done what we can nothing I can do. You don't treat patient like trash and like you don't matter if you don't like your job don't work there. I won't be back to a place who doesn't care
First experience gave conflicting results, changed dr’s reddyman, was nice and thorough on first visit, however there was no follow up for blood work and didn’t recommend iron. Our pc took Care of it instead. Went for 2nd endoscopy took three weeks to hear results ( results came back after ten days) had appt waited a hour and 20 minutes to be told they would order a breath test. Will not return
